Games configuration
Meissa OT features interactive games designed to diversify the therapy process. Thanks to the available settings and varied difficulty levels, they can be flexibly adapted to each patient’s capabilities. Movement within the games follows the principles of Continuous Active Motion (CAM Isokinetic).
1. CAM Parameters
Before starting the game, you can precisely adjust the mechanical settings of the device to match the patient’s needs:
-
Active movement direction – allows you to define the path and direction of the patient’s active movement.
-
Max speed [°/s] – controls the maximum speed of the movement. Default value: 90.
2. Exercise Mode
The software allows you to choose between two primary types of training, depending on the therapeutic goals:
-
Force – focused on strength and repeating a movement in a full range of motion (represented by a dumbbell icon).
-
Coordination – focused on muscle control and responsiveness (represented by a path icon). In this mode, you can select one of six predefined games with a strictly specified duration
Available in: Cosmic Mission, Dream Drive, Ocean Paradise.
3. Duration / Target score
For games structured around progressive levels, the difficulty and objectives adapt as the patient advances:
-
Time-dependent levels – the patient must cross as many lines as possible within a fixed time frame:

Available in: Cosmic Mission, Dream Drive, Ocean Paradise.
-
Target score-dependent levels – the patient must reach a specific point goal in the shortest possible time:
Available in: Rope-Nope, Cat Crunch, Doggo Nom, Elevator Express, Parkour Fever
4. Advanced Game Customization
Games Cosmic Mission, Ocean Paradise and Dream Drive offer a wider range of customization options to better fit the patient’s capabilities:
-
Cosmic Mission: path width, ship speed, presence of an opponent, and control type.
-
Ocean Paradise: number of lives and game duration.
- Dream Drive: car speed, blockers, background, car color, steering.
