You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection – if you believe that the processing of your personal data breaches the provisions of the GDPR. In accordance with the provisions of the GDPR, every person whose data is processed has the right to:

  • Rectify their personal data (Article 16 of the GDPR);
  • Erase personal data – the “right to be forgotten” (Article 17 of the GDPR);
  • Restrict processing (Article 18 of the GDPR);
  • Data portability (Article 20 of the GDPR);
  • Object to processing (Article 21 of the GDPR);
  • Withdraw consent to the processing of personal data (if consent is the legal basis for processing, Article 7(3) of the GDPR) – withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
