Saving the report to a USB drive

Saving the report on an external medium requires the use of a flash drive with a USB-C connector.

To ensure data is saved correctly on the USB flash drive, the following conditions must be met:

  • The drive name (volume label) cannot contain spaces.
  • The recommended capacity is 32 GB.

To start saving reports to a USB flash drive on a Zebra tablet, follow these steps:

  1. Plug the USB flash drive into the USB Type-C port.
  2. Click “Download PDF” in the report.
  3. Select the “USB flash drive connected” option.

 

In the file manager section, click the 3 lines/arrows icon located in the top-left corner.

 

Select the connected flash drive – you can recognize it by the USB icon.

Once you have selected the appropriate location, click “Use this folder”.

Allow the application permission to use this location to save data.
