To measure muscle activity during toe raises, you can use the EMG View software. Electrodes should be placed on the following muscles:

• Gastrocnemius caput laterale
• Gastrocnemius caput mediale

of both lower limbs and the correct channels assigned to them in the software.

The device reads muscle activity in real time, allowing you to observe and compare the work of individual muscles.
