EMG measurement: Deadlift
To measure muscle activity during deadlift, you can use the EMG View software. Electrodes can be placed on the semitendinosus muscle, of both lower limbs and the correct channels should be assigned to them in the software.
The device reads muscle activity in real time, allowing you to observe and compare the work of individual muscles.
During this exercise, the measurement can also be recorded from other muscles, e.g. gluteal or back muscles.
