“Cosmic Mission” is one of many games available on the Sidra LEG device. The patient’s task is to control the position of a spaceship by actively moving their lower limb within the robot’s attachment.

Two modules are available: strength and coordination. In the first, the path is simplified, requiring the patient to perform several dynamic movement repetitions. In the second, the path is more complex and requires greater control.

Furthermore, the settings include normal and reverse control options. The default setting is “normal,” meaning that extending the limb will move the spaceship down, and flexing it will move the spaceship up.

Playing the game is possible in any of the modes (knee joint, ankle joint, and synchronized movement).
